Super nice staff, clean facility, karts were in good condition and all worked well. Got us in and out easily and efficiently. Only complaint was one of the flaggers was super aggressive and yelled at pretty much every group of drivers. Was a blast, will be back.

We brought our 6 year old son for the first time this past weekend to the Phoenix, AZ location. He cleared the 48" limit to drive a junior go kart. He had a great time! The facility is nice, clean, and all the equipment also looked very clean and well-maintained. It is a big plus for us that this is an indoor facility and the go karts are electric. This also means staff can interrupt a race remotely, if needed. The speed for junior go karts are capped at 20 mph, fast enough for kids to feel the thrill, but also a learning experience to share the road, passing, and adhere to race rules. Staff are attentive and helpful. I also think the price is reasonable. We will come back to try out the arcade games too. We saw many grown ups racing (on a separate track, with larger go karts that go faster) and that also looks fun.(p.s. After reading other reviews complaining about wait times, I should note we were there during the Super Bowl, which was partly to avoid long wait times. We ended up waiting about 20-30 minutes for a race even then, but because it was our first time we watched others race and it did not feel that long. But I am guessing the wait times could be an issue on normal weekends.)

This place was was awesome and fun, the go karts are perfect speed and they have karts for the younger ones. The only thing I’ll say is that the wait times are pretty long and a lot of crazy drivers and no worker was calling out flags. But overall this place is really fun if you wanna get your adrenaline in!

My Grandson & his Mom were visiting from Denver. He loves Formula 1 racecars. He knows drivers and which car they drive with what team. He plays with his all the time, even changing the tires during the races. He is 7 and takes such great care of them. So we took him to K1 so he could experience driving. He is a very cautious kid so he never went real fast. We took him 3 days in a row. And each time the folks who work there patiently worked with him and since they weren't to very busy he was able to race by himself. On Sunday morning we got there just as they began a real race with some of their teams. He was so excited! Thank you K1 for being kind & patient to our 7 yr old Formula 1 kid!

The staff there was very GREAT! We has many of the games take our money. With these issues happening several times to us there, the staff were welcoming and not annoyed with having to help us figure out why the games weren't working properly. The staff there made us feel like valued customers and then some. The Racing was awesome and cool! We will be back!
